spacious room delicious cocktails friendly staff
the room was a beautiful double room, and it was spacious and well kept! the rooftop bar and pool area offered fantastic views and delicious cocktails, such a treat. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, they were really nice!!!
the elevator wait times could occasionally be a bit long during peak hours.

amazing stay!
modern rooms clean rooms gorgeous balconies wide range
the hotel is really modern and super clean! the rooms have all the amenities i needed. the balconies feature gorgeous blue and white tiles perfect. the rooftop bar is the best with a wide range of drinks and snacks.
the pool on the rooftop was quite cold. i wish it was heated!

The room was spacious. i noticed beautiful furniture in the room. our room included a nice balcony overlooking the city streets. I found this a bonus.
the coffee cups at the bar were chipped, this was unacceptable.

slow service inedible duck
the rooftop restaurant needs improvement. service was slow. i ordered duck, but it was inedible. the waiter did not remove this uneaten meal from the bill.

clean hotel amazing breakfast
The hotel was clean. The design with the balcony tiles was a nice feature. I appreciated the amazing breakfast buffet with a huge selection. The staff was also very friendly.

charmed by this hotel!
warm welcome excellent service central location coordinated decor
The reception team offered a warm welcome, which i appreciated. the rooftop bar team also provided excellent service. i really enjoyed the hotel's central location, it made exploring easy. the room decor was very coordinated. It showed attention to detail.
The staff seemed a bit untrained. I felt they could benefit from additional support.
